Terms of Use
All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD). The seller is OBUCI GRAFIKU S. P., No. 38 Milovana Marinkovića Street, 11000 Belgrade, VAT: 113504151, ID number: 66872858, e-mail: [email protected]. A customer is a person who visits the site, chooses to buy at least one product and pays for the product by using one of the offered payment methods.
- payment with paying cards (VISA, Mastercard and DinaCard). After the payment has been made, a payment confirmation will be sent to you by email.
- cash on delivery payment: payment is made when the product is delivered, to the courier in person, in cash. You will receive the invoice by email after Post Express makes the payment to the account of Obuci grafiku.
- payment through company’s account: send the company's information by email (name, address, VAT, ID and account number) and we will send you a pro forma invoice to your email address. You will receive the original invoice together with the purchased product.
Delivery:
We deliver the product on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and shipped it by Post Express. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email. The delivery price list is defined according to the price list of Post Express (http://www.postexpress.rs/struktura/lat/cenovnik/cenovnik-unutrasnji-saobracaj.asp) and the price for a package with one shirt is 350 RSD, with two shirts 420 RSD etc.
Return:
The product can be returned within 3 days of receiving the product, undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer. After the arrival and collection of the returned product by the Seller, the money will be returned within 3 days to the account provided by the Buyer to the Seller by email.
Complaints and replacements:
Complaints and replacement of products are possible within 3 days of receiving the product by the Buyer. Notifications of complaints or replacement of products are done by email. The costs of product delivery for complaints are borne by the Seller, and the costs of product replacement are borne by the Buyer.
